Multi-Gated AI Orchestrator
The Dash is called a Multi-Gated AI Orchestrator because no AI action moves through the platform without passing through a series of checkpoints — or gates — before it takes effect. The first gate is the workspace boundary itself: each of the ten department Compartments is sealed off from the others, so an agent can only ever act within its own function. The second gate is risk classification: every decision an agent makes is graded Low, Medium, High, or Critical, and Guardian Agents automatically block anything that exceeds the policy set for that tier. The third gate is human approval: Medium, High, and Critical decisions are routed by Supervisor Agents to named SBS employees, who must review and resolve them before the work proceeds. Behind all three gates sits a permanent, tamper-proof audit record of every decision — so nothing the platform does is ever invisible, unattributed, or outside SBS's control.
